As of January 1, 2004,
all public news items must coform to the Media Free Speech Compliance Act of
2004 (code named "Project Orwell") and shall be approved by the Office of
Quality Media Reporting and Freedom of Speech. RMCN archive stories do not
comply with the new regulations and have been removed from public
access.
