News Flash 12/25: Due to the high Fear Alert Level Orange issued by R.C. Mayor Stagg, R.C. Security forces have taken over unnamed foreign airports to prevent terrorist attacks on Rocky City from overseas aircraft. All passengers are being strip searched by troops. About 20% by random count are detained, moved to a fenced compound, and placed under surveillance by armed swat troops, while other forces dismantle their belongings and automobiles, looking for terrorist devices. About one out of five departing aircraft are shot down by R.C. security upon departure as an additional deterrent to terrorism, and all passengers and crew are detained and the flights are cancelled for every third departing aircraft. "That's going to make any terrorist think twice!" said Lt. Flemming. "We are checking carefully to be certain that no politicians are on any plane that we pop down, but this is a very effective program to reduce terrorist threats to our city, so we're pleased. Losing a few common scum is of no concern to us. Our goal is security, and we don't put a price on freedom."

"I saw all those naked people inside the barbed wire fence outside the terminal when I came in," stated passenger Viola Williams. "Gosh, to think that such dangerous terrorists could have been on MY plane. I'm sure thankful for the good job our security people are doing!"

In a poll of passengers reaching Rocky City, 99.2% said that R.C. Security was doing an "excellent" job of protecting civilians from terrorists.
